What makes you get up in the morning and go to work?

Study various data-related topics, research and find technical solutions and implement them with our clients' operational teams.

What assignments are you working on at the moment?

The assignments are always very varied at Markaltis:
With my team of data miners, we are currently working on three main projects:

1/ The deployment of a customised resource planning tool (WFM), which concerns 2,000 employees spread over 3 sites, in France and internationally.

2/ The construction of attrition scores for a leading French press company, aiming to detect in advance people with a high risk of stopping their subscription activity.

3/ Optimisation of a web datamart on behalf of a mail order client, aiming to improve profitability, conversion and retention of its buyers.

How would you describe your role in the agency?

Whether for our clients or for our partner companies, I coordinate all the subjects related to data management, I manage the different phases (analysis, construction, restitution), in direct contact with the prescribers, with a constant concern to provide good decision-making tools and to improve the medium and long term profit of the departments concerned.
